Shipping & Delivery

Our average delivery time is 1 to 5 days. However, during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be extended. During these times, packages can take up to 15 days to arrive.

Once your order is placed on our website, processing and shipping typically take 24 to 48 hours. However, during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), processing times may be longer, and orders may take up to 7 days to be shipped.

Most of our packages are shipped via Chronopost. However, depending on delivery times, we may use other carriers to ensure faster shipping.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from both order processing and delivery times.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your delivery address. However, we cannot guarantee any address changes if your request is made more than 5 minutes after placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received this email within 7 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.
